I am a fast learner. After school I immediately sought out a starting point and had my first job as a retail assistant (within this time I also studied N2 mathematics). After a year of working in retail I found work as an Au pair ( my current employment).

I also currently study Digital Marketing and do freelance illustration on the side ( I am a creative and artistic person). My experiences so far have shown me that there is a skill to perfect and efficiency to be found in every work that you do, big or small. I am determined and subsequently resilient in finding ways to help improve working environments.

I also believe that kindness is free. it costs the business nothing and earns it everything. Being the friendly face a client meets at the face of the business, or the kind assisting voice over the phone, can make all the difference to the experience a client has with the business. Understanding this makes me determined to help create loyalty to the company.
