Nikite Swartz

I am Nikite Elzay Swartz, born on the 01 of May 1995. I will give a summary of myself in the paragraphs below.

I completed my articles of clerkship on 4 January 2022 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court on 07 October 2022. I am currently practicing as an attorney at Esterhuyze Incorporated situated at Canal Edge 3, Tyger Waterfront, Bellville 7530.

I am a vibrant young woman who loves working with people and I make it my mission to help where I can. I am passionate about community work and reaching out to those in need. I am bilingual and speak Afrikaans and English fluently.

My interests are to read, sing and I love talking. I see myself as an extrovert because I can work with people and I relate to them easily. I love challenges that exceeds my expectations, because I get to see my weaknesses as well as my strengths and therefore improve on them accordingly.

I am fortunate to have obtained experience in various fields of law which includes but is not limited to Criminal and Civil litigation, Administration of Estates and Family law.

It is safe to say that I am still absorbing all knowledge and experience necessary to enable me to exceed my own expectations in the legal field and I am more than willing to learn.

I believe that I can achieve anything through God that gives me strength. I like to expand my horizons and broaden my knowledge as far as I possibly can. I can say that I approach a situation the same way as working through a mathematical problem. It not only teaches me how to find the answer, but to experiment with different approaches and ideas to reach my conclusion. I believe that the answer is not the climax, but what is important, is how I reached my answer.
