· Account Management
· Adherence of compliance and merchandising standards of MTN franchise stores
· Driving MTN sales with National Chains
· Marketing/campaigns
· Stock control of retail outlets.
· Training of staff.
· Resolving of MTN issues.
· Stock rotation.
· Distinguishing between saleable and non-saleable stock.
· Maintaining MTN brand dominance.
· P.O.S/Collateral management, distribution of contingency, ensuring current POS elements utilized in region

· Assisting and advising with OBF, repairs and returns.
· Identifying of competitor activity from other networks.
· Negotiating of extra branding in stores.
· Obtaining feedback from stores regarding coverage or signal related problems from their customers.
· Driving outlets forward to achieve maximum MTN sales.
· Analysis and solutions to poor performance stores.

· Identification of new outlets in KZN within National Chains.
· Troubleshooting of poor performing outlets, deriving maximum capitalizing opportunities.

· To execute innovative merchandising plans in store, including roll out of plans and promotions into the stores
· Ensure that all promotions and plans are correctly implemented
· To train, assist, communicate the plans and products, product promotions, systems, services, customer experience, promotions in store, and assist where necessary to ensure they are correctly and effectively implemented as well as anything required by MTN to be taught at a store level
· Monitor alignment to current promotions and incentives
· Ensure customer needs and requirements are satisfied through appropriate systems, processes and procedures
· Ensure contingency plans are in place to prevent delays and enhance the customer experience and communicate effectively to manage expectations
