Hope and trust that you are doing well, My name is Lawrence Nkosana Ndubane based in Nelspruit running a warehouse for CJA but I am working for CJA telecommunication in sliverton, I am currently looking a any available vacancy in your organisation and my duties and responsibilities are:
- Inventory Management: Supervising and managing inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts, proper storage, and timely replenishment
- Shipping and Receiving: Overseeing the receipt of incoming shipments, verifying their contents and material
- Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products, conducting inspections .
- Space Optimization: Organizing warehouse space to maximize efficiency and accessibility, including layout planning, shelving, and labelling.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and other relevant data, and generating reports as needed for management review.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any applicable regulatory requirements related to warehousing and distribution
- Team Leadership: fostering a positive work environment to promote productivity and teamwork
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff
- Order Fulfillment: Ensuring that FEM/EMS teams orders are processed accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping items according to established procedures.
- Assist with the creation of SO’s for EMS Teams, NOR Region ensuring cleanliness and high levels of hygiene are maintained, warehouse should always be kept clean.
