Currently, I work at Nutun as a Customer Service agent with good communication skills, organizational and listening skills I've been here for just over two years. My responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers telephonically, assessing hold time, fulfilling delivery of order equipment and answering the phones. I love the lively and busy environment of Nutun, and it's helped me learn how to multitask and manage my time efficiently.
Before working at Nutun my experience included 3 years for a construction company then in 2014 I worked as Reception for the Department of Rural Development for like a year. I also worked for Huntswood for over 2 years during Covid19 where I got an opportunity to work from home. These roles helped me develop my customer service skills, communication skills, and become more comfortable in a team-oriented environment and working as an individual.

Completed my matric in 2005 and continued with my studies in Office Adrministration at Rosebank Collège in 2008 there after studies Office Management and Technology at UNISA(incomplete)
