My name is Nokwanda Mcanyana, I am 35 years of age. I have been in contact centre business since 2021, started of as agent in customer service and slowly grow into Supervisor role and now a Team Leader. I am currently employed with Nutun and I have been with them for a year, I have absolutely enjoyed growing Leaders and constantly serving customers with the out most care and providing them with the product they need.
My goal is to grow in a senior level in Operations management and continue to add value in a highly motivated environment.
