Patrol Attendant - Total Energies

Fuel Dispensing: Serve customers by pumping petrol, diesel and paraffin safely and accurately.
Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with directions, check oil, water and tyre pressure on request. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude.
Cash Handling & POS Operations: Process cash, card and fleet card transactions. Balance the till and ensure all sales are correctly recorded.
Forecourt Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep the petrol station forecourt, pumps, shop and restrooms clean and tidy. Sweep, mop and remove litter.
Stock Control: Assist with receiving fuel deliveries, checking dip levels, and reporting leaks or shortages. Assist with shop stock where needed.
Safety and Security: Follow all health, safety and OHS procedures. Ensure no smoking on forecourt, handle hazardous materials correctly, and report any spillages or incidents.
Upselling Products: Promote shop products, car wash services, and special offers to increase sales.
Record Keeping: Complete shift reports, record meter readings, and report any equipment faults to the manager.
General Duties: Work shifts including weekends, public holidays and night shift when required. Assist other attendants to ensure smooth operations.

Loan Operator - Cash payment master services

Loan Application Processing: Receive, capture, and verify customer loan applications. Check that all required documents are complete and meet company policy.
Customer Service & Consultation: Assist walk-in and phone customers with loan enquiries. Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and requirements.
Credit Assessment & Documentation: Do basic affordability checks and credit vetting. Prepare loan agreements, contracts, and other legal documents for customer signature.
Repayments & Account Management: Process loan repayments - cash, card, and EFT. Update customer accounts, send reminders for overdue payments, and handle queries.
Admin & Compliance: Maintain accurate loan files and records. Ensure all processes follow NCR regulations and company policies. Report daily collections and discrepancies to the supervisor.

Financial Advisor - Old Mutual

Client Consultation & Needs Analysis: Meet with clients to assess their financial goals. Conduct financial needs analysis for savings, investments, retirement, insurance, and estate planning.
Product Recommendation & Sales: Advise and recommend Old Mutual products including life cover, investments, retirement annuities, unit trusts, and medical aid. Present solutions that match client needs.
Policy Servicing & Administration: Assist clients with new applications, claims, policy changes, and queries. Ensure all paperwork and FICA documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Financial Planning & Reviews: Develop financial plans for clients. Do annual reviews to track progress and adjust investment/insurance portfolios based on life changes and market conditions.
Compliance & Business Development: Ensure all advice and sales comply with FAIS Act, NCR, and Old Mutual regulations. Build and maintain a client base through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
