I have worked at Robben Island museum as an IT intern and I was doing the following:
Assist ICT Robben Island helpdesk and network operation staff as appropriate to determine and solve problems received from the users.
Work with venders to support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
Assist in maintaining LAN\ Wan records and, as appropriate telephonically system cable.
Assists in management of Robben Island ICT assets and administration.
I am currently doing my post grad diploma in Information Systems at UCT and I have a Btech in Financial Information Systems at CPUT.
