I worked at a call center for 1year[TEBA(PTY)LTD] were i would also do tracing and deal with claims and in a call centre taught me alot and that customers needs should always be met. Learning how to communicate with clients and to be assertive.
I finished matric 2018. I studied at the hill high school.
