Capture data and report on all data collected from TB registers in community and facilities. Provide system generated data and compile daily, weekly and monthly reports. To support the capturing, verification and reporting of data at supported health facilities and community level, with specific focus on HIV/TB. Update NHLS on Prep registers. Follow up on missing lab results, filing lab results in the relevant Prep folders. Identify duplicates before capturing.
