As a Junior Project Manager in the telecommunications industry at Vox Telecom, I have recently started leading my own fibre projects from initiation to close-out. This role has given me valuable experience in customer engagement, where I manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, as well as employee engagement, working closely with technical teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver installs on time and within SLA. With a strong corporate foundation that I have been building since school, I thrive in structured environments and enjoy solving problems that keep businesses connected.
My goal is to expand into the procurement side of the supply chain, as I believe developing skills in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization will make me a more well-rounded project leader and help me add greater commercial value to cross-functional teams.
