I am a service consultant at FNB South Africa. I have a diploma in public finance from Tshwane University of Technology, with a focus on economics and finance. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as understanding the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS).
In my current role, I am responsible for processing customer requests, amending home loans applications and agreements, updating lead sources and banker details, and managing exception reports and work baskets on a daily basis. I use my client services skills to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, bankers, and other stakeholders, and to handle complex and sensitive situations with tact and empathy. I also contribute to the team's performance and goals by collaborating and supporting my colleagues, sharing best practices, and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
I am eager to learn new skills and knowledge, and to apply them to enhance the quality and productivity of my work. I value diversity and inclusion, and I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and perspectives.

Managing Exception reports on daily basis: Future use report (correcting future use amount in line with approved loan amount). Review exception report -Deals stuck at certain milestone due to validation and capturing errors.
Manage Work baskets: Manual allocating work to different consultants within the team in line with their duties
