I have 5 years experience with working with people. I worked in the bank and that means interacting with different clients and being able to adapt to different personalities characters and different situations. This then helped me to be able to profile clients accordingly and be able to satisfy their primary need and perhaps offer them extra products that they didn’t think they needed.
I recently obtained a banking certificate, However i do also have an incomplete public Management certificate that I would still like to complete in the near future.
