I am 41 year old female who matriculated in 2007 I have worked at WNS Global (Telkom Business Call Centre) from 2017 April to 2020 July. Then we were moved to JD Telecoms (Telkom Business Call Centre). I was working as an outbound Sales Agent.
Making outgoing sales calls, profiling accounts, calculations, updating cutomers information, attending to queries, escalations, send and receive emails making sure I follow quality script on every call and assist on order processing using CMSS, CRM AND OMS.
