I am based in Cape town and currently working as a customer care Agent for VodacomSA. I am very dedicated and willing to learn I can also work very well under pressure.

Provide customer service by appropriately managing customer queries relating to their prepaid, contract accounts & mobile phones.
-Ensure a polite, friendly, efficient, and professional service is provided by ensuring that advice is always given in the customer's best interest.
-Effectively deal with difficult queries and customers, avoiding formal complaints. -Issuing invoices, handling payments, answering queries of the customers
-updating financial records, promoting products, giving instructions, updating bill status, giving necessary guidance, information and solving the issues
-Assist with technical related queries related to Mobile Phoned and Routers
Highest qualification is Grade 12
