• Provide HR and administrative support within the Circuit Office.
• Maintain HR records and support general HR administration.
• Process and manage leave forms and employee documentation.
• Work with four circuits: Mthunzini, uNgoye, Ngwelezane and eSikhaleni Senkosi.
• Communicate daily with principals and school representatives from multiple schools.
• Assist the Registrar with filing systems to ensure files are complete, accurate and stored correctly.
