Odrey Mutyiri

I am lady aged 27 who completed a Degree in Human Resources Management in 2019.I have 3 years experience in Human Resources and have gained experience in Payroll Management,Administration and Onboarding.

Apart from my education experience i am also a Community School Program Facilitator, i facilitate the training and helping of vulnerable young women and girls as a volunteer and also acquired a No means No Worldwide Instructor Certificate in February 2023.

I am looking forward to advance my studies to Masters Degree and some required certificates as soon as i am able to fund myself for the studies because am eager to learn and know more.

I am flexible, easy to adapt,friendly and can work under pressure. I am also good at multitasking and team work.

I have 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management in which i have gained experience in Payroll Management, administration,onboarding,employee resourcing and performance management.

I have managed to create a paysheet database for more than 150 employees at Luwali farm and assisted in creating contracts at Ruyamuro Holdings and Murwisi wholesale.

I have been selected to be one of the 10 certified No means No Worldwide Instructor amongst 56 facilitators in Mazowe District due to hardwork, professionalism, great teamwork and meeting targets on time.

I hold an Honours Degree in Human Resources Management in which i have been recorded the best student in Lbour economics and employee resourcing.
