Olwethu Mweli

My name is Olwethu, and I have 2 years experience as a customer service agent at Bespoke International group. During my time there, I was able to meet my daily target which was 126 chats and emails. I would describe my self in 3 words, hard working, responsible and helpful. I’ve worked in a call center for two years, while still studying. Outside of work I am just a young lady who enjoys reading books and spending time their family.

I have working as a customer web chat advisor for 2 years, and now I’m currently working as a collections agent.

I completed my degree at the university of KwaZulu Natal, I was doing Bachelor of Arts. Majoring in English and Psychology
