My Name is Oratile Moduto, I am from Pretoria. I am a first time graduate with a Public Relations National Diploma Qualification. I am a ambitious, workaholic, but down to earth person. I like to balance professional and family life. Professional life gives you exposure , confidence and a sense of achievement. I believe the fulfillment one gets from one’s work is very significant for wellbeing. I also participate in team building activities in order to help me gain more knowledge. My favorite thing to do on my spare time is to read books about success stories or guidance.

I have 2 years experience as a retentions agent in the call centre industry. my duties and responsibilities were Dialling both inbound and outbound calls. - Answering calls

• Listening to client’s complaints and solving problems
• provide product and service information to clients -complete call logs and reports
• meeting daily targets

I have a National Diploma (NQ6) in Public Relations which i started in 2017 and completed in 2021.
