I have nineteen years experience as a HR generalist, including twelve years in a senior managerial role. I am passionate about creating a healthy and positive workplace. Also fostering a good culture including focusing on team building initiatives and staff training and development. I work for an international Chinese Bank for the past ten years. My job entails assisting to managing the hr and remuneration department. Job requirements includes full hr generalist function, specialisin in training & development, remuneration & benefits and to oversee and arrange all staff welfare and social responsibilities within budgets.
I have obtained a BCom in HR Management through Regent Busines School. I am currently busy completing my BCom Honours in HR Management and will be done by the end of 2024 also through Regent Business School.
