I am strongly focused and knowledgeable Entry Level Helpdesk assistance with a wide breadth of software installation, maintenance knowledge, technical support, net administrators and Azure administrators

• Installation, re-installation of Microsoft, Apple and drivers, and relevant MS software (or other software).
• Administer / support Windows operating system (MS)
• Administer / support / troubleshoot existing application software e.g., MS Office, and client’s specific software packages.
• Ensure virus protection functionality and updates on virus software
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
• Get assigned tickets on Jira and resolve in a timely manner
• Administer user Interface and passwords as and when required.
• Understand Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, Print Management, DNS and other admin tools
• Take ownership on hard tickets and only escalate if you have exhausted all attempts
• Administer user logins to network as required
• Coordinate hardware repairs / cabling
• Installation of new Hardware / Software
• Setup / support of local and network printers
• Mobile device support (smart phone / cellular phones/ tablets) 
• Setup up of wireless access points 
• Setup / back-up / restore of users’ personal data and Emails
• Remote desktop support (via Team Viewer) 
• Basic Network troubleshooting
• Mobile support of installing applications and configuring the on Android and IOS.
• Asset management 
• Log calls with 3rd party on hardware related issues
• Familiar with Azure Active directory, Intune, Conditional Access 
• Familiar with Mimecast console 
• Manage Office365 console as a global administrator
• Server Maintenance
