I gained valuable experience working at Bhaka Call Centre for 2-3 months, where I developed essential skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. During my tenure, I successfully handled inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions. I consistently met or exceeded performance targets, demonstrating my ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Through this experience, I refined my ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and adapt to diverse customer interactions, ultimately enhancing my confidence and competence in a customer-facing role.
