Exposure to strategic intent reviews, internal and external environmental analysis, scenario planning, strategy mapping using the Balanced Scorecard, and basic financial and marketing analysis. Strong research, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to apply academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios.
