I am currently an Independent Dis-Chem Pharmacy Driver contracted by Picup Technologies. In this role, I'm dedicated to ensuring seamless delivery operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining administration processes. I oversee product and medication collection and delivery while managing administrative tasks critically to service efficiency.
Within my 9 years’ experience as a senior technical and servicing agent at C-track Digicore Inseego, I have developed excellent communications and interpersonal skills, organisational and time management, writing and capture information received from stake holders with a minimum effort.
With my 10 years’ experience in fleet and tracking company, I have gained extensive knowledge of customer care services and technical support, outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills, ability to participate in administration tasks and functions, deadline and goal oriented, and ability to work under pressure where required.
I have gained extensive experience in the workplace whereby I consider myself well equipped with knowledge and ability to do anything required by me.

TECHNICAL CO-ORDINATOR:
➢ Assist client with the secure web client and troubleshooting manual
➢ Booking service calls, repair, De-Re and new fitments
➢ Planning day bookings for technicians & fitments centre

➢ To ensure that all calls, queries and complaints are logged on the systems as per company policy and procedure
➢ To ensure that administration regarding cancellations such as calculation of settlements are completed accurately and timeously
➢ To produce monthly and ad-hoc reports as per management request
➢ To ensure that turn-around times are strictly adhered to End of term and Early cancellation of the contract
➢ Settlement/ Penalty quotation for early cancellation

Planning, Scheduling and Administration
➢ Routing of routes and managing the drivers

➢ Arrange fitments, Repairs, De-Re installations with clients and confirm booking

➢ Assist technicians with operational problem and ensure that quality of fitments, repairs,
installations, De-Re’s are maintained
➢ To ensure that all calls, queries and complaints are logged on the systems as per company policy and procedures
➢ To welcome all visitors and direct them to the correct department or individual
➢ To answer switchboard effectively and by transferring and redirecting calls to the correct extension
➢ To distribute messages where required
➢ To complete office administration as required by management
