• Ensure that incoming documents are correct, received timeously and contain the necessary information before sending to Entries Department
• Generate Cargo Dues
• Requesting shipping line charges
• Arrange payments for 3rd parties
• Sending the release documents to the shipping lines / Upload release documents on the shipping lines website to those who are using online
• Follow up on the shipping line release
• Plan deliveries with transporters and clients and ensure shipments are delivered without delay
• Arrange customs examination for stop shipments and follow up on final release
• Attend to clients requirements and request promptly and effectively
• Invoicing
• Ensure invoice are accurately captured on *Cargowise and checked beforesending to client
