Experience

Experienced Global Infrastructure and Data Centre Architect with over 15 years of expertise in enterprise architecture, governance, and mission-critical infrastructure management across Africa, Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.

At WSP (2021–2025), led global data centre strategy and governance, standardising enterprise infrastructure frameworks and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. Oversaw 13 globally distributed Equinix data centres, driving compliance, operational resilience, cost optimisation, and architectural integrity. Established enterprise-wide governance models, supported architectural review processes, and provided senior advisory input on disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure modernisation.

Previously at Golder Associates (2008–2021), served as BIS Global Infrastructure Architect, aligning global infrastructure strategy with enterprise architecture standards. Designed and managed mission-critical data centres, led VMware and hybrid Azure environments, and provided Tier 3 support for complex distributed systems. Played a key role in global infrastructure standardisation, cloud integration, automation, and the development of secure, scalable, and compliance-driven enterprise platforms.

Strong background in data centre governance, VMware virtualisation, hybrid cloud (Azure), Windows Server, Active Directory, enterprise monitoring, disaster recovery, and global infrastructure operations within 24/7 follow-the-sun models.
