I have eight years in recruitment management experience in the call centre / BPO environment, leading various teams and supporting recruitment, training, and operations stakeholders. This experience includes managing the full recruitment cycle from advertising through to supporting operations post-trainting, developing and building recruitment departments, developing recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures that are tailormade for individual companies.
Having also worked in the Human Resources space within the BPO environment I have geared departments towards best practices and ensured efficiency, efficacy, and compliance.
Prior to management, I worked in the agency recruitment space, learning from grassroots how HR and recruitment processes work, and operation efficiently.
