Providing full HR Administration service to the HR department and to internal and external customers, first point of contact for all HR related queries.
- Process payroll - Coordinate employee onboarding, transfers and termination, responsible for collating payroll input and checking of dummy payslips, coordinating the calculation of bonuses and calculations in line with company remuneration policies.

- Reconcile overtime authorities to timecards to ensure that overtime captured has been authorized and that all overtime has been approved in compliance to policy.
- Scrutinize sick certificates to ensure validity of sick certificates as well as nature of sickness and return to work forms.
- Capture of all leave forms, sick leave notes etc. ensuring that all supporting documentation are attached to timecards and leave advice as approved by line management.
- Deal with all Time & Attendance related pay queries ensuring employee satisfaction.
- Advising managers and employees of company policies and procedures, scheduling of disciplinary enquiry and represent HR in disciplinary enquiry and grievance hearing while ensuring fairness and consistency in employment relation processes.

- Drafting of job adverts as per job specification, advertising of vacant position, do shortlisting and the arrangement of interviews, preparing of offer letters and employment contract for successful candidates.
- Arrange for all verification checks (criminal and qualification checks), psychometric assessments to be completed.
- Schedule and arrange interviews – arrange with candidates and members of the interview panel.

- Draft an advert from the role description for the HR Manager approval before distribution.
- Review applications/ resumes and short-list all candidates that meet the requirements of the advertisement.
- Do shortlisting with line mangers and arrange interviews as per the shortlist outcome.
- Schedule and organise interviews and psychometric assessments where applicable.
