My roles include inbound and outbound client services, making contact with clients to arrange for tracking devices to be installed in their vehicles, selling value added services to the clients, following up on their installations, following up on leads, updates on clients profiles, billing assistance, general query and inquiry assistance, trouble shooting and liaising with insurance consultants and brokers.

I'm passionate about building relationships with clients and ensuring first call resolution. I have great interpersonal skills skills, I pay attention to detail and I can multitask.
