I'm a qualified, experienced, SACE qualified educator with 20 years experience in education.
I have written a series of phonics books and designed curriculum at university level.
I started my teaching career at the primary school teaching math, science and social science.
Thereafter I taught English and Afrikaans at a secondary school. The opportunity to design curriculum, and project manage the launch of this curriculum presented itself, and I grabbed it with both hands.
Years later, I returned to the high school arena, heading the department of life orientation at a private school in johannesburg.
I have a social science degree with a post graduate in education.
