I possess organizational wide business process acumen spanning 20 years working within Engineering, Shared Services and Procurement & Supply Chain Management, in the energy industry. My contextual understanding of the end-to-end process enables enhanced service delivery and connected decision making.I have spent the past 10 years in data management in a leadership role whilst simultaneously developing my skills as a master data subject matter expert. I have experience leading related data strategy development and strategy implementation, developing data governance policies and controls, data quality management including data analytics, driving process and system improvements and related change management, all with the objective of generating reliable data to provide insights that improve business performance.

I hold a BSC. Engineering (Electrical) degree from the University of Natal and a Master of BusinessAdministration (MBA) obtainedfrom GIBS, University of Pretoria. I am an ECSA registered Professional Engineer and DAMA registered Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
