I’m an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in accounts payable and receivable, billing, invoicing, reconciliations, general ledger and month-end accounting. I’m detail-oriented, reliable and comfortable working independently. I enjoy working with numbers and solving financial discrepancies, and I’m always focused on accuracy and meeting deadlines.

I’m now looking for a new opportunity where I can use my experience, continue to grow and contribute to a team. I’m also available to start immediately.

I’m an experienced accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping and financial administration. My experience includes accounts payable and receivable, billing, reconciliations, VAT, payroll, management accounts and financial reporting. I have worked with accounting systems including QuickBooks, Xero and Sage, and I’m very comfortable working accurately and independently.

I’m particularly interested in this role because it combines accounting with administration and offers a remote working environment. I believe my experience and attention to detail would allow me to contribute effectively to the business from day one.

I am currently pursuing CIMA and a Postgraduate Honours in Accounting. I have also completed undergraduate studies in BCom Accounting Science, with subjects including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Management and Taxation. In addition, my accounting training covered Bookkeeping, VAT, Auditing, Financial Statements, Payroll & SARS Returns, Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Management, Cash Flow Statements and Reconciliations.

I also have training in Office Administration, Customer Service and Microsoft Excel.
