I am a Senior Level IT Analyst / Technician who has over 7 years + working experience. My working experience has afforded me great knowledge in the areas off quality customer relationship management. I am an individual who possess traits like honesty, reliability, confidence, and integrity which allows me to make and maintain good relationships with my fellow peers as well as the suppliers and customers I come into contact with on a daily basis.
I have excellent communication skills which allows me to work well within a team as well as respond to tasks given to me with the best of my ability. Motivation and perseverance enables me not only to work efficiently but to work calmly and systematically under pressure, allowing me to be logical with my thinking and to show resilience in the face of stress and adversity. I am seeking any opportunity that will enable me to use my educational background, strong organizational skills and practical experience to further acquire new skills and grow.
