I have been under the employment of Absa Bank for 16 years before I got employed by a Property Management Company. I specialize in Customer/Client Services.I was also working for the same employer for a Student Accommodation Dept.I like interacting with different types of people. I have learnt how to be patient along the years.I also try to familiarize myself with different cultures and demographics so I can be able to deal with the pressures of life.
Attending to customer queries.Identify customer needs and where necessary refer to the relevant department or migrate to appropriate channels (offer solutions). Liason between owner/director and other stakeholders.
Project management of properties with different owners.
Data capturing of overall number of students we have available Reception duties for both TKC Properties and Nicola Student Accommodation
Diploma in Marketing Management and Damelin Banking Services Advice (FAIS).
