I have worked as a learner at Santam in the Quality Assessment department, under Governance, Risk and Compliance, for a year (2021-2022)

My role was to do quality assurance, analyse data and do reviews.

I have matric (grade 12). In addition to that, I hold a Short-term insurance: level 4 FETC from Graduate Institute of Financial Sciences.
