Since I graduated high school I have been attending training, courses and learnerships to better my skills, knowledge and work experience. My dream is to work within the Human Resources department. As that is the heart of an organization.
Helping people where I can is what drives and what makes a great day. I job shadowed at Takealot.com in the HR department, whilst being a participant in a Youth Programe at the Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy foundation. At the end of 2016 into the following year I completed a Call center learnership.
This equipped me with the basic Call center experience and skills. Fortunately, I applied at Amazon.com, which became my home for a little over four years. I've worked in many departments at Amazon. Being a Frontliner was where I belonged.
I thrived in the B2B department. I picked up business slang and references. In 2022 I decided it was time to follow my dreams and get a foot in the HR department. I am now completely a HR certification.
