About
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of Grade 12 with relevant background in customer service.
- A higher education qualification at NQF level 6 is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in client-oriented roles.
- Excellent people skills.
- Trustworthiness and ethical conduct.
- Fundamental computer skills and numerical ability.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Flexibility to work extra hours, including weekends and shifts, is essential.
- Candidates appointed to Mobile Units will face environmental conditions like rain, sun, and cold.
- Priority will be given to applicants from the local area where the job is located.
Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Grade 12 Certificate with relevant experience in a customer service environment
- A tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 will be an advantage
- Proven client focus and orientation experience
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Basic Computer literacy and Numeracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours including overtime weekends and shifts are critical
- Applicants appointed to work in Mobile Units may be exposed to environmental factors (rain, sun, cold etc)
- Preference will be given to candidates from the local area where the position and/or office will be based
