I have worked in Distribution and Warehouse industry for the past 11 years, in retail as well as an entrepreneur. I have held many titles in the industry and I am extremely efficient and detail oriented, and know in and out of warehousing and distribution management. With the experience that I gained as Stock Supervisor resolving clients queries with SSC(Genpack), Doing daily stock count using HHT, Doing Daily Controls, Checking stock variances and doing all the investigation on stock, Interdepot Recons, CCTV & Gate Sheet Recons, drivers and customer corrections, Controlling maximum of 25million stock on hand, PD corrections & doing Procurements on SRM for Warehouse and Stock Department, coupled with my aspects of the systems, policies and procedures of Batho pele principles and that the client is always right.
I have worked hand in hand with Warehouse department resolving customer queries, interacting with customers on outstanding deliveries and orders. And as a Order Coordinater and Distribution Team leader phoning customers for their back orders and any related queries, makes me a perfect candidate for this position because I have strong qualities for warehousing, stock management and distribution.
Leading an inbound voice/messaging customer services team and Maintaining quality of service delivered in conjunction with Altron People Solutions customer goals and objectives. This has proven that I am flexible and adoptable as it was my first experience in Call Centre Customer services but was able to be promoted within 5 months
