Credit Administrator - Nedbank - Johannesburg

ADMINISTRATOR (NEDBANK) - ROLE – CREDIT ADMINISTRATOR

• Extract Special Margin reports from cold storage
• Review the reports on non-insured debtors – that are penalised above +R1m
• Prepare the full credit application, to send to Businesses Practitioners and Credit to assess/approve
• Once application is received back from Businesses Practitioners /Credit – forward to relevant credit limit Admin, - who then communicates with client on approved limit. Credit Administrator to confirm once the limit is loaded
• Report monthly to the business on applications processed

Export Administrator - Nedbank - Johannesburg

ROLE – EXPORT ADMINISTRATOR

• Retrieve exchange rates reports and convert correctly on Pegasus daily
• Review/check export invoices for correctness, make sure POD's for export invoices are in order before sending to Manager to approve
• Process export invoices correctly and send status report to the clients after processing
• Export Balancing to be actioned correctly and timeously to increase funding for clients - send status report to clients after processing cash
• Insurance Declarations to be actioned before the 10th of the month
