• Follow up on quotes and orders
• Follow up with buyer everyday on stock that was needed to order for customer and give feedback to customers on deliveries
• Assist dispatch with deliveries if need to be or if travelled in that specific area
• Assist with booking in of invoices at the mine if needed or invoices needs to be GRN at the planners on the mines
• Do demos on equipment if needed at customers
• Did stand-by when needed to assist customer on break-downs or call-out's
• Reach sales and rental targets as set by company
• Open and close of branch daily
• Staff meeting every Monday, Wednesday and on Friday's (keep staff motivated, problem solving as a group and support)
• Meetings with reps, assist in all areas (meetings with customers, quotes, deliveries, demo's on equipment and collections)
• Assist reps by reaching targets (All about teamwork)
• Manage technicians (order of parts, repairs, and QC inspections before deliveries of equipment)
• Manage drivers (planning of deliveries and collection each day)
• Manage all company vehicles (serviced regularly, weekly vehicle inspections)
• Manage all expenditure in department
• Assist internals with quotations, return and booking out of equipment
