Over the past decade I've designed and led people-development programmes across corporate, non-profit and community settings, including a corporate mentoring programme for ShopriteX that supported 58 mentoring partnerships to an 89% success rate. I build trust quickly, love turning complex ideas into practical learning people can actually use, and I'm just as comfortable leading a programme independently as I am working with a team scattered across the world.

• I lead recruitment for care staff from start to finish, screening, checking references, interviewing and onboarding, to build a trustworthy, high-quality team.
• I design support plans tailored to each client's needs, and keep adjusting them as things change.
• I'm the main point of contact for clients, families and staff, solving problems as they come up and keeping the quality-of-care high.

Programme Designer, Facilitator & Coach at Live By Design (2022 – Present)

• I designed and ran two of my own multi-week personal-development courses (16 weeks and 12 weeks), delivered to different groups both online and in person.
• I've coached people one-on-one and in small groups.
• As Inspirational speaker, I've delivered individual and small-group coaching sessions, workshops and public-speaking engagements at conferences as guest speaker, main teacher or facilitator.

Mentoring Program Design, Facilitation & Project Management at LifeXchange Solutions & LifeXchange NPC (2018 – Present)

I started out as a mentor and facilitator, and grew into designing and leading mentoring, training and youth-development programmes across corporate and community settings.

• I designed and led a corporate mentoring programme for ShopriteX from the ground up: finding and matching the right people, building the training, and supporting each mentor and mentee pair through six-month cycles.
• I coordinated 58 mentoring partnerships with an 89% success rate, and reported back to corporate sponsors on how the programme was doing.
• I built training materials and courses for mentors and facilitators, which are still used across multiple training groups today.
• I designed the mentoring approach and led the Move with Purpose / Youth Development Chess Project, including the budget, reporting and a two-year youth programme.
• I built strong relationships with the people who mattered most, corporate partners and community leaders alike, to keep these programmes running and delivering results.
