I have recently handed in my Ph.D. thesis. I am very keen to start working in the industry and to start applying my knowledge.
I am a research assistant. I assist students during practicals and also do all the preparation work for these practicals. I also assist students with their chemical analysis and do routine analysis for outside companies.
I have recently completed my Ph.D. in Food science at the University of the Free State.
