I am currently employed in an admin position for a Japanese company, but this is not where my passion lies. I am passionate about exercise and a healthy living. I attend crossfit sessions and compete in the various competitions that they offer. I have completed my personal trainer certificate together with qualifying as a diet and nutrition coach. I believe that I have the ability to deal with all different types of people, their cultures and their different personalities.
After completing my final year of school, I went and studied and completed the diploma at the International Hotel School. From there I worked in the USA and Dubai and finally came back to South Africa and worked in various organisations in their banqueting departments. I took a sabbatical and entered the corporate world however find that my passion is not behind a desk, but working with people in the fitness world.
Fitness Coach certificate and Diet and Nutrition Coach are the most recent of my education. Prior to that I was at the International Hotel School
