- Preparation of all company payment certificates with Employer representative including all supporting documents required
- Pricing of tender documents and attending of tender site briefings
- Liaising with sub-contractors and preparation of BOQ's including payments
- Supplier's Account management and reckon
- Negotiate rates and execution terms with sub-contractors
- Preparing projects new rates and Variation orders if required
- Preparation of project final accounts
- Ensuring the execution of works according to project specifications and construction regulations
- Develop, revise, and monitor the project's construction budgets
- Preparing Cost reports and projects cash flow for executive meetings
- Attending progress meetings with the resident engineer and the client every month
- Updating the project schedule and review cost baselines
- Compiling monthly project financial reports for review at the cost meetings
- Assisting the human resource officer with adjudication of Subcontractor's tender submitted
- Reviewing the monthly payment certificate before submission to the resident engineers
