Fresh from school in 2008 I joined In2Food (interfruit) where I was working as a food technologists assistant. We were working mainly for Woolworths food.
In 2015 I started my most successful Tholah's Baking which in turn progressed into catering and chef services until to date.
I did the one year Chef program with Capsicum Culinary Studio, and I was sent to practice with Aha Hotel where I was subjected to extensive working experience with making food from scratch and dealing with customer orders.
