Sakhe Msutwana

My name is Sakhe Msutwana, I hold a BTech Qualification in Information Technology majoring in Communication Networks. I have 6 years of experience working as an IT Support Technician, I also have the following Microsoft certifications MCP, MCSA, MCSE (Server Infrastructure). I am willing to learn and work within a team and aiming to improve my skills in the IT industry, I aim to learn from every task given to me or my team.

I worked as a Technical Support Technician at Mayibuye Transport Corporation, IT Technician at McCann World Group JHB, I also worked as an IT Technical Support Technician at FCB Africa based in JHB Sandton and currently working as an IT Field Technician at Publicis Groupe in Bryanston. I have experience in Network Support, Desktop Support and Technical Support, these include setting up the network and servers for the organization and testing the systems to make sure everything is functioning correctly, it also includes computer hardware troubleshooting, conducting tests, running diagnostics and troubleshooting problems to find solutions. I have experience in the following ticketing systems (Help Desk, Service Now).

I’m familiar with Software and hardware related issues and can navigate my way to solutions. I’m also familiar with Project Management, IT programming and a variety of operating systems such as Windows Server 2008,2012, Mac OS, Windows 7,8, 10 and 11. I am also familiar with Microsoft Office365 packages
