Combined I have about six years of customer service experience working in different retail environments. My last job being at Cock n bull's flagship store at V&A Waterfront and I was also employed as a customer service associate at Amazon.com. I am looking to work in a stimulating environment that is challenging and fulfilling. A place where I am constantly learning, growing and helping others.
I see myself as being a self-confident, highly organized, detailed orientated, trustworthy and reliable individual. I also consider myself to be a quick study, always eager to learn new skills and easily adjust to any environment I am put in. I am of neat appearance and able to work well by myself and in a team.
I thrive under pressure and take pride in everything that I do and I have a passion for doing my best in every task I am given. Helping customers and colleagues is a pleasure for me. I will always go above and beyond to make sure that the customers’ needs are always met and that their interaction with me is always a helpful and pleasant experience.
I have over 5 years experience in retail and customer service. Dealing with customers face to face as well as handling customer queries in a call center environment.
