- Emergency Response Coordinator
- Workplace Inspections Monthly
- Health and Safety Committee Meetings
- Coordinating Health and Safety Audits
- Conduct Incident Investigation
- Monitor Site-Specific Safety Compliance
- Capturing all Incident Reporting from all Sites
- Safety Communication Awareness Facilitator
- Baseline Risk Assessments Coordinator
- Planning of Emergency Drills
- Document Control Management via Key360
- Compliance with Record-Keeping Requirements
- Incident Data Analysis and Reporting
- Accuracy of Information Exchange between Central Office and Sites
- Updates on key 360 (Document Control System):
- Ordering of PPE, inventory controls, and the issuing to all regions
- Planning and scheduling of Safety Committee meetings as well as distribution and filing of related documentation
