My name is Samukelo, I am 34 years old. I have worked for Huntswood asker completing my learnership at Nedbank Contact Center. I am currently working as a complaint specialist for UK energy company.
I have worked in the call center environment for 7 years and I have learnt multiple skills such as communication, time management and leadership skills. Meeting daily targets and supporting other colleagues. Being consistent and having integrity is also part of a day to day routine.
I completed my matric, I obtained my BA Degree. I am currently furthering my studies in BA Psychology.
