Regarding my experience, I have been mostly exposed to case work and group work, especially when it comes to Substance abuse. I have also worked with minimal supervision, simply because I have worked as the only social worker at the organisation. I have been able to conduct 10 group sessions weekly, with each group consisting of up to 20 group members consistently for over a year and six months and I also have strong administrative skills. I also conduct family therapy sessions with and conduct individual sessions. The organisation does not do community work as it is n intreatment centre. The previous organisation that I worked for was focusing on community work but it was not focusing on substance abuse even though it was also part of our job.
